Hi

i have an ODBC report which pulls out a load of duplicate references, because of the nature of the query.

I want to be able to mark these all duplicate references to be hidden (using auto filter) , if another column contains a specific code against the reference. for example...

If the code FULLYPAID appears against one of the corresponding duplicate references, then all references linked to OVERDUE should marked as hidden.
HTML:
Reference	Code Mark Hidden
1105725	OVERDUE X
1105725	UNDERPAID X
1105725	FULLYPAID X
1105725	REQUESTINVOICE	X
220033	UNDERPAID
220033	FULLYPAID
220033	REQUESTINVOICE

Hi

Just realised a typos in my description, here it is again

I have an ODBC report which pulls out a load of duplicate references, because of the nature of the query.

I want to be able to mark all duplicate references to be hidden (using auto filter) , if another column contains a specific code against that reference. for example...

If the code FULLYPAID appears against one of the corresponding duplicate references, then all rows with references linked to FULLYPAID should marked as hidden. in this example all rows with reference 1105725 should be marked as hidden, because the third row against 1105725 has the code FULLYPAID

HTML:
Reference	Code Mark Hidden
1105725	OVERDUE X
1105725	UNDERPAID X
1105725	FULLYPAID X
1105725	REQUESTINVOICE X
220033	UNDERPAID
220033	FULLYPAID
220033	REQUESTINVOICE
hope this makes sense.

Thanks
