Mass Updating Data

I have about 3,000 cells with times in them. Right now they are displayed 24 hour format, so 7am would be 07:00:00.

I need them to display as 7:30am. I have already changed the data to time, and if I click in the cell and then exit the cell it updates correctly. But I don't want to click in 3,000 cells manually to change them.

Is there a way to change this all en masse?

Try hitting ctrl+alt+f5

Didn't work, but I found an answer. Multiply each cell by 1 using Paste Special.

My first option was f9 but didnt think that would work
