Hi All

I,m looking to merge multiple Excel .xls files into one master sheet. All the files have the exact same heading so to save copying and pasting from individual files into one sheet I was wondering if there was a way to automate the process. Although the files are .xls I am using Excel 2007

Any help on this would be very much appreciated

Regards
Donal

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Previous post deals with a similar type of problem http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=568885

This would need adapting to suit your needs, but should be simple enough - essentially you need to adjust the Cut and Paste sections, to copy to "thisworkbook", however you want to do it.

Let me know if you need a hand - I'll need to know the source and destination sections - rows, columns etc, but the syntax is almost the same, and there's plenty of other posts on this board here about copying & pasting
