Match 70%

Hi

I am looking for a formula like index match with a 70% match wherein i can specify the percentage to match.

To be more clear, if i have two sheets and i am using the index match formula to return some matching data then the match has to be 100% for the data to be returned, if there was a way possible wherein i could specify the percentage to match.
