Match Cell value in worksheet & paste it in new worksheet.

hi all,:)

nice to be back after a long time.i had a peculiar situation in which i need to find a certain value in worksheet1 and match it with the cell in worksheet 2.if both the cell values are same.then a new worksheet need to be added & the found cell value should be pasted in the new worksheet.

How to do the same with excel vba with strings & alphanumerical values in both sheets.i think there is not much difference what ever the cell hold..

waiting for the reply .Please help me...
