In word, when i go Paste Special>Paste Link> MS Excel Data it copies across the style used in excel, but i want the information to be displayed in the style MS Word is using.

Help says that to activate this i need to click "Match Destination Table Style and Link to Excel" but there is no way to select this as when using Paste Special, there is no floating paste toolbar thing.

Any help?

Thanks
