Match Exact Data

Hi All,

I have two sheets where the Contact name is common field. But in one sheet the Contact name is not full. For Example in one sheet one contact name is Charles Dickens when in another sheet it is Charle Dickens. In the second name the "S" letter is missing. How will will I match these?
