You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

You still haven't stated what you need. Where does column C come from? Are you looking up Col a, Col B, or both? Details, we need details.

You are not understanding me. You must be pulling Col C from somewhere...where? And what is the criteria? Is it Col A, Col B, or both?

The criteria are in columns A and B. I'm trying to match A to B. My results should be in C.

Based on the info you provided:-

=A1 (and drag down)

should suffice.

But in your example above you have blanks. What is the criteria for blanks?

You still have yet to state your problem.

Showing us the desired result, without any details of the criteria which made that the correct answer, doesn't help much.

What makes what is in C the right choice, given what is in A and B?

Let's try this again. Two columns A & B.

a b
Abreu Aaron
Adair Adcock
Adams Agee
Agee Alfonso
Alfonso Allen
Alicea Allison

In column C, I would like to get the following:
c
Abreu
Adair
Adams
(Blank)
(Blank)
Alicea

Thanks
