Matching Cell rows with Macro

Can someone please help me create a macro that will move text in one row to another row that contains the same text.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Details.<o:p></o:p>
I created a webquery to pull in a table of problem ID’s related to our release code. After the report loads I take notes and save the excel file. <o:p></o:p>
When I run the webquery again new problem ID’s will be pulled in and the notes no longer match up with the correct problem ID. I include the problem ID in the notes so I can manually match them up but there are several hundred problem ID’s so it takes a long time.<o:p></o:p>
