Hello...For the past several hours I have been trying my best to discover a way to simply have Excel look at A1:I2, and HIGHLIGHT all of the matching values throughout the larger bottom 3 grids although you can only see 2 of them due to the fact my screenshot could not include the 3rd grid. The range for Grid 1 is A5:K15. The range for Grid 2 is A18:K28. Finally, the range for Grid 3 is A31:K35. I studied conditional formatting and VBA with Google and YouTube, but I have not had success due to so many formula errors. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Robert

Solution
Ok...Do I enter all three COUNTIF formulas as one formula using Conditional Formatting? The graphic you made for me is exactly what I want. However, I am not sure how to correctly enter the data. Could you please show me exactly how I need to enter the data within Conditional Formatting?
