My minds gone blank, how would you solve this as a formula:

If in 1 hour 1 man can pack 62.65 crates how long does 1 crate take to pack?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
62.65 crates / 1 hr. = 1 crates / T hr.

T = 1 crates * 1 hr. / 62.65 crates = 1 / 62.65 hr. , which is about 57 1/2 seconds.
