I compile an invoice my company receives monthly with PowerQuery, the bill has about 320 account numbers on it that I break down and end up getting into pivot tables so you can comb through the data. Is there a way when a new invoice comes in PQ looks at all 320 account numbers and points out one that is higher than usual? I am trying to think of a creative user friendly way for my directors to quickly find assets we are being overbilled for on occasion. Essentially have PQ say hey this month, this account number is a lot higher than average. I have not ventured into PowerPivot yet, I had troubles getting my data from PQ to load into PP consistently as its a large data set.
I am the only person at my company that has even heard of PowerPivot so I can not ask for help internally. I am open to any suggestions, I have made a control chart that updates as you click slicers but even then you have to click through quite a bit to really see if something is out of control.
