I have two pages, sheet 1 and sheet 2. I have names on sheet 1 and names on sheet two, what I would like to do is if a name on sheet 2 matches that on sheet 1, I would like a text that says "Non FA" next to that name. I can't figure that out. I tried match, If and maybe I need to put them both together. any help is much appreciated.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

=if(isnumber(match(thing_to_find,range_to_find_it_in,0)),"Non FA","")

I am having one problem, I have read that post you gave me with the link but when I try this code it only works for column B

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(C1,Sheet1!B5:P150,1,0)),"","Not Available")

I want it to search from B5 to P 150 but it only searches on Column B, why is that?
I also tried =IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(C1,Sheet1!B$5:P$150,1,0)),"","Not Available")
