The titles in general are automaticall created due to number of posts that a member makes

Check the homepage and you see FIQ here i think your fine MrExcel explination of the titles

Exceptions are MVP and of cause my title MCSE these are given by Bill Jelen MrExcel to how he considers have earnt the right to carry such a title Board Matser is the higest you can get,

Take the title in the sprit its ment, its just so newbies see you have been about for a bit and have levels of skills
