Memory Leak Web Query

Hi,
i've a big loop, which has following parts in it;

a)web query
b)copy and paste within workbook
c)saveas worksheet as a new csv workbook

when i'm running the loop, the memory starts building up in task manager gradually and soon by time system gets extremely slow, i've heard somewhere that its the bug in excel 2007, can anybody guide me on which part of my code is doing this and how to avoid it.
