menu data and macro quantity receipt

Hi

I need to give each item on my menu data form a quantity, this i can do but i need to know how i can link a formula so when an order is placed the quantity of items will react and change accordingly.

I also need to know how to set a macro so the quantity of items will reset after each day, via a macro and to print out a daily reordering sheet.
