I really do hope i ask this question correctly.
The excel file in question has two columns in it, one for main phone numbers, and the other for alternate numbers. I have to scrub these numbers for dnc (do not call list). So here are some steps to help understand what i am asking.
1) After i take out the alt #'s column and scrub the main #'s. After the main #'s have been scrubbed, i end up with an export file of main #'s that are good #'s, any dnc #'s are take out.
2) Then i do the same again but i take out the main #'s and scrub the alt #'s. I end up with a file that has clean alt #'s.
so i end up with the same file twice, but one has the main # column, and the other one has the alt # column.
How can i merge these two files without duplicating anything, names address, rows, columns, etc?
I hope someone understands what i just asked, cause i am still trying to figure how to do this. Thank you very much. any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I am not that great with excel.
Thank you
