Merge cells and add text

I am having some trouble with merging multiple cells together in Excel 2007 as well as add text and symbols to certain points.

=http://www.domainname.com/A2&"~"&B2&"/"&C2&"~"&D2&".htm"

I'm having trouble with the domain name and the "/" symbol, can someone help or is it even possible.
