Merge data from workbooks

I need help merging some data.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p> </o:p>
I have 12 workbooks in a folder for each month of the year. Each workbook has a worksheet name “Hypo”. I need data from L3 to L32 on the “Hypo” sheet. Any help would be appreciated… thanks
