Merge multiple cells, separated by comma space but ignore if cells are blank

Is there an easy/elegant solution to this where I'm not adding multiple IF(ISBLANK() conditions to my formula?

=D2&", "&E2&", "&F2

This works great if there's values in D, E, F, but when there's not, I get results like:

, tiger

How can I leave out the comma space if D2 or E2 are blank?

=textjoin(", ",,D2:F2)
