Merging Columns of Text

I have two columns with text in each cell that I need to merge after placing a dash between them.

For instance,

Cell A1 = ELECTRONICS
Cell B1 = Elec-Scientific/Msmg

I need Cell C1 to read: ELECTRONICS - Elec-Scientific/Msmg
