Merging excel sheets

Hi there,

The code below merges excel sheets by first creating a temporary text file and importing it into excel and saving it. How can I modify it to just create the text file and not to create the excel file. The reason is because I have to many workbooks and I'll reach the row capacity in excel and won't in a text file.
