Hello,

I am creating a vocabulary test score list in which if a student scores 0-3 the cell is formatted to turn red, if they score 4-6 it goes amber and 7-10 it goes green.

This step is done. The next step is to have a pop - up box appear for any student who has scored 0-3, three times.

I am not sure if this is possible but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
You can use a COUNTIF or COUNTIFS formula to count how many times they scored beneath a certain level.
The condition/criteria for that should be very similar to what you used in your Conditional Formatting.

You can use these functions in VBA by prefacing them with "Application.Worksheetfunction".
