Hi All

I'm making an excel sheet for people to fill in when they have read a document, but I need to make a message box appear when the excel doc is opened to remind them to read the other doc before completing.

How do I do this?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Try like this in the ThisWorkbook module

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
MsgBox "Please read the other doc before completing", vbInformation
End Sub

Sorry to be a pain but your are a genius.

Is it possible to have it say the users name depending on who opens in?

And I need to add a continue button so it can be closed, is that fairly straight forward?
