Messy Data from Dealer Pro software

Hi Excel geniuses, i thought I was pretty good at Excel, until I started a new role where the company uses a CRM software called Dealer Pro. Wondering if anyone has any experience in importing and cleaning data into Excel from that platform please. Data does not import cleanly into Excel and needs to be cleaned immensely, and I dont write code unfortunately, but my solution is indeed to have a Macro that will clean the data into a reconcilable spreadsheet. Any help from anyone who knows this software would be most appreciated. Thankyou.
