Method Error when Importing an Excel file In Sharepoint

When trying to import an Excel file into SharePoint I get the following error message: Method 'post' of object 'iowspostdata' failed


Researching on-line it says to add a piece of code and comment out another piece of code. However, that line doesn't exist. Any suggestions on how to help me fix this error?
