Min if and ignore zeros

Hi - I am having trouble getting a formula to work to get the minimum of 3 different scenarios and ignore zeros. The minimum of either the TPL column, Borrowing column, or (Term+Formula+Nonformula). The formula would work to and retrieve the result in the Min column. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, should have mentioned, but there a few unrelated columns in-between that I can't remove. So don't think I can use b2:e2.

Do those cells contain numbers and what columns are we talking about specifically?

The unrelated columns do contain numbers. But they need to be ignored for the Min calculation.

But I need to know what the columns are or if there is a pattern to the unneeded columns or something.

After the TPL column, there are 2 columns of data with numbers.
