Minutes into Hours and Minutes

Hi Guys,

I need some help with this task that I’m trying to work out please.

In cell A1 this will have a number (this number represents the number of minutes).

If the number is less than 60 I do not have any problems, however if the number is greater than 60 I run into some problems.

If cell A1 is showing 129 minutes, I would like cell B1 to display the number of hours and cell C1 to display the remaining number of minutes.

Example
A1 = 129
B1 = 2 hours (formula required)
C1 = 9 minutes (formula required)

Thanks

Chris

Thank you,

Excel contains over 450 functions, with more added every year. That’s a huge number, so where should you start? Right here with this bundle.
