Missing parenthesis on a nested formula

Hello,

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but its telling me that "The formula is missing an opening or closing parenthesis" I tried adding another parenthesis at the end but that didnt work.

Excel Formula:
=IF($Q2=U$1,$T2,IF(ISBLANK($Q2),IF($P2=U$1,$T2,0),0),IF(ISBLANK($P2),IF($O2=U$1,$T2,0),0)


Thanks in advance for any help
