Missing Weekend Formulas

Hi All
trying to find a formula that will do the following for me, bearing in mind i just want to copy the formula down if possible as there is a lot of data.

Trying to working out the Number of days between two dates, ie, 4th September and 13th september.
Each row has two different dates. Basically want to exclude weekends from the formula so it will give me the total working days.
To throw a spanner in, also want to work this out if there is a public holiday in the month.

Any ideas?

look at NETWORKDAYS

e.g.

=NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1,$G$1:$G$7)

where A1 = 4/9/06
B1 = 13/9/06

and G1:G7 contain Public holidays

Use NETWORKDAYS() You will need to run the analysis tool pack add-in.

Networkdays calculates weekdays only and allows you to enter holidays
