I have 14 numbers and I want them to be mixed by Excel in lots of 7 numbers.
I want 36 combinations.
I want them mixed in such a way that most of the numbers will be reapeted the same amount of times if possible.
I hope that you know what I mean, if not please ask for clarification.
Below is an example what I need.

2 4 6 8 9 11 14

1 4 5 8 9 11 14

and so on,
some of the numbers will be repeated in those lots of 7, but I want them to be repeated the same amount of times, however or howmany times they will be able to be repeated in those 36 combinations.
