Now i want to modify this emailadress .

How can i do this with another macro ?

Hi and Welcome to the Board
Why do you need another macro to do it ?
You can do it in the E-Mail macro by using a cell reference for your recipient ( if that's what you want to modify).
Something like

Set Mail_Object = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
        With Mail_Object.CreateItem(o)
            .Subject = "Road Closure Report" ' CHANGE TO SUIT
            .To = Range("A1") 'CHANGE TO SUIT
            .Body = "E MAIL TEXT GOES HERE" & Chr(13) & Chr(13) & "Regards," & Chr(13) & "YOUR NAME." & Chr(13) & "YOUR ADDRESS." 'Change comments to suit
            .Attachments.Add tempPDFFileName
            .Send
    End With
