Modify the built in form

Hello,

Is there a way to modify the built in form from exel.
Depending on the Windows or exel version language it shows up in that language.
So in a dutch version all text labels are dutch.

So is there a way to modify this form. Or a way to copy this form or rebuild his form.

The author did offer ability to buy access to the code but although not 100% sure, I think John's site has been memorialize.
