modifying KML file via excel data

Hi everyone,

I have about 50 kml map files for a variety of applications. They consist entirely of color-filled shapes, not address points.

I'm trying to find a way to make the color of each shape into conditional formatting according to a percentage in an excel document.

I've seen a lot of solutions exporting addresses into plotted points from excel, but is there a way to modify embedded colors?
