im trying and failing with my limited excel skills to get the formula to say if cell W1 is blank return the end of month date in cell AK1 but if there is a date in cell W1 return thast in cell AK1 , i know i need an IF formula but im struggling can someone help please here is a snippint of what im trying to achieve, im running hires and if the item is still on hire i want EOMONTH in cell AK but if its got an off hire date i want that date in cell AK so that cell AL then works out for me the number of working days between period start and period end
