Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Maybe some better information would promt some replies.

Are we to assume that FS means monthly target? If not how does that data table relate to the question?

Using June 2011 as an example month, what is the start date for week 1?

What are the targets for each week based on the criteria?

Thnx for the Reply

Yes, "FS" Means Monthly Target of FS (Form Sales)

Secondly, Start Date Should be 1st, for Example 1st June ,11

Based on that do we assume that the last week is ignored?

4 weeks would take you to 28th June, so no target for 29th or 30th?

Based on what you've said, with a little assumption to fill the blanks.

=(vloolup($K$32,$K$5:$L$29,2,0)/23)* 5 will give week 2 target
=(vloolup($K$32,$K$5:$L$29,2,0)/23)* 6 for the other weeks.
