Most useful and usage Formulas?

Hi guys,

We all know that excel has huge formulas and functions. But only some of them are very well known and using daily.

Can you advice me what are the formulas that you are using daily for your work or some other thing with some example.

I know, we have lot resources in internet and a Help Facility in excel itself. But what i find is that, You people makes the others life very simple and easy by providing detail explanation.
