Move colum if heading cell equals "word"

Hi All,

Wonder if you can help I have a macro that produces a pivot table and copies the data to a new sheet in the perfect case the headings will be as below

One - Two - Three

But Sometimes no data exists for "Two" is their anyway that if the second Column lets says cell b1 = Three it can shift all the data from column B to Column C and then replace all the data in Column B with 0.

If anyone can help would be really appreciated.
