Move folders to destination path following excel or text list

Hello,

I have a large amount of folders on my NAS, these includes files inside and I would like to sort them out and move to move them to a different destination folders (still located on the NAS):

I would like to make an excel sheet or Text file as list, this will be my sort out.
I would like Maybe to click 1 button to start the process of moving the folder
column A: Source Folder Path
column B: Destination folder path

I have been looking around internet and i cannot find the solution i am looking for, can someone kindly help?
