Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Sub MoveRight()
'Column A
For i=1 to cells(cells.rows.count,1).end(xlup).row
if cells(i,1).value > 0 then cells(i,1).cut cells(i,2)

Try this code
Code:
Sub Test()
Dim c As Range, LR As Long
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For Each c In Range("A2:A" & LR)
    If c.Value > 0 Then
        c.Offset(, 1).Value = c.Value
        c.Value = ""
    End If
Next c
End Sub
