Moved opportunities - Dates

Hi

I have a list of opportunity, closed date and last modified and try to work out if the opportunity closed date has changed from one quarter to the next.

For example

Opportunity Closed date last modified
A 1 Jan 16 1 Dec 15
A 15 Jan 16 10 Jan 16
A 30 Apr 16 10 Apr 16
B 1 Jan 16 1 Dec 15
B 28 Jan 16 4 Jan 16
B 31 Mar 16 1 Mar 16

So the formula needs to say opportunity A closed date has moved to the next quarter however opportunity B has not, so A = True and B = False
