Moving names from one sheet to another but not as a line

Ok, here goes

Google Sheets

Names of students in a column A starting A3 and going down to A30

Names to transcribe across to Sheet 2 but instead of appearing in Column X as a line I want them to appear and cover the page, for example A1:E5

Is this possible?
