MSGBOX VBA Required for Time based info

Hi all,

I am looking to create some VBA to provide a pop up message when the information in either a column or a range of cells goes over 00:00:30 secs.

The information in this column is provided after a calcualtion e.g A-B=C , 10:00:00 - 10:00:30 = 00:00:30.

Can anybody help please I am a complete VBA beginner.
