I need help creating a formula to calculate MTTA (mean time of arrival) and MTTR (mean time to resolution) in Excel. I need each to be calculated in days, hours and minutes.

Scenario: Statistics for Helpdesk Tickets

Sample Data (there is no data in the MTTA / MTTR columns):

Open Date & Time MTTA (Days) MTTA (Hrs) MTTA (Mins) Close Date & Time MTTR (Days) MTTR (Hrs) MTTR (Mins)
7/23/08 2:21 PM 2/19/10 3:21 PM
8/22/08 12:24 PM 9/20/10 9:39 AM
9/2/08 3:18 PM 2/19/10 3:26 PM
9/9/08 1:50 PM 1/28/10 1:27 PM
9/9/08 3:02 PM 11/1/10 12:29 PM
9/17/08 3:21 PM 1/28/10 1:28 PM
9/24/08 11:39 AM 9/27/10 8:27 AM
Any help is greatly appreciated.
