Hi

Does anybody know of a way in which i can have multiple Auto Filters on one spreadsheet

I have one continous order from which lists four different product groups, each product group has roughly 100 choices. The reality is only about four or five from each group wil be chosen. I have recorded a macro to unlock the sheet filter just the selcted products and lock the sheet back up, allowing it to be printed on just one sheet of A4.

But some of the users have said it would be benficial to be able to filter each individual group. I'm afarid ths is beyond me.

Can it be done?

How is your order form (table) laid out?
Something like this?
Group1, Product, price, info
Group1, Product, price, info
Group1, Product, price, info
Group2, Product, price, info
Group2, Product, price, info
Group3, Product, price, info
Group4, Product, price, info

Or is there a row or two dividing up each group?

There is currently 5 rows between each group

Empty row, sub total, empty row, Group title, Header Row

You can only use one autofilter per sheet at once. But you could write a macro to do it by hiding each row that does not meet your criteria, print your report, then unhide all rows.

So i would write four separate macros, and attach each one to a button

That sounds ideal, don't suppose you know the macro for that??
