Multi-condition IF statements

I am trying to code a FOR EACH...NEXT routine that will check each record in the spread sheet. I want to identify the records that meets specific criteria in three different columns. If the three conditions are meet then copy the record to a new worksheet. Should I use an IF...THEN statement? If so, how do I code it for multiple conditions?
