Multi-level Subtotal error

I'm having the same issues mention in subject title "Multi-Level Subtotals Not Ordering Correctly (Not VBA)"

I clicked on the link on the posting but can't seem to find the right file to download the fix. I'm running Excel 2003 and it already has SP2 installed.

Can anyone direct me to the correct patch on Microsoft's site? This is driving me crazy.
