I imagine this is out there some where, but I could not find. I am looking to "Vlookup" on 2 columns, one contains text the other numbers and if they match the table array, return the desired value in the specified column.

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$100,(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$100=A2)+(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$100=B2))

Maybe my explanation is not clear. The return column is where the formula will return the desired result. I have created a Lookup table (Sheet 2) which has 2 columns, table array match (which is a combination of the Text Column and the Number Column in my Sheet 1) and the desired return value in the table array return column. So verbally, the logic is, look in Sheet 1, text column and number column, if either match Sheet 2, table array match column, then return the value from table array return column into the Sheet 1, return column. In my generic example, Text 1 should return Value B, the Num1 does not have a match. Not sure if this helps.
