Looking for an Amortization table that offers :
1) A single Amortization Loan with multiple funders/loans.
2) The amounts of the different loans have different starting periods (monthly) & are variable in amounts every month.
The scenario:
1) Company A is acquiring a loan for $10000000 over 10 years at 7% APR, with a monthly payment around $116108
2) The rental accrued from the property pays the monthly repayment.
3) Additionally, Company B & Company C will further service the principal loan of Company A by loaning between ($30000 & $120000) every month.
I need a table that can reflect all interest & payments between different companies
