I have a 2003 excel workbook, it uses a ODBC link to quire date. More than one user needs to view it.

Feed is via SQL out put in the work book is a tab of graphs and performance.

My Problem,

I can not share the workbook as the "Refresh Data" Function is not available.

Users need to know how to input the ODBC link in order to view it - but then we have save conflictions.

---- My goal is to have a workbook anyone on a group server can view , how can I do this given the above.
